These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Kids Flashcards website at flashcardskids.com and the Flashcards Kids mobile applications for iOS and Android (together, the "Services"), operated by Sha La La Kids LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
Use of Content
Kids Flashcards is provided for personal and educational use. Parents, caregivers, and educators are welcome to use these resources with children at home or in the classroom. Some content is available at no cost and some requires a paid subscription — see What's Included below.
What's Included
- Free on the website. A selected set of flashcard decks and games is available on flashcardskids.com at no cost and without an account.
- Preview on the website. Other decks and games on the website may be opened a limited number of times so that you can try them, after which we ask you to continue in the app.
- Included with a subscription. The Flashcards Kids mobile app, with an active subscription, provides access to all flashcard decks and games, including offline use.
We may change which content is free, previewable, or subscription-only at any time. Any such change applies going forward and does not affect the price of a subscription already in effect for its current billing period.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, software, and code of the Services — including both the website and the mobile applications — are owned by Sha La La Kids LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from them without written permission.
No Warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to keep everything working smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or the apps, or that audio, images, or offline content will be available on every device.
Parental Responsibility
Kids Flashcards is designed to be used under the supervision of a parent or caregiver. We encourage adults to participate in their child's learning experience.
Subscriptions
Flashcards Kids offers auto-renewable subscription plans for access to premium content:
- Monthly: $3.99 per month
- Annual: $34.99 per year
Subscriptions begin immediately on purchase and automatically renew at the selected plan price until cancelled.
Payment & Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Managing & Cancelling
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Services — the website or the apps — after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services and, if you have a subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play.
